One of the most stylish villas available for holiday rental in Herzliya Pituach, ideally situated on five minutes walk from the beach and with easy walking distance of the Marina & the Commercial Centre. Two minutes from one of the main squares, with its' supermarket, bank, gift shops, etc.

 

Upon entering the property, you will find yourself in a modern, spacious, open plan salon area. This area interconnects with an extremely well equiped kitchen.

The salon has sliding patio doors the width of the property that open out onto the garden and pool. There is also a separate large TV room/study, where we have intalled a 42" plasma TV, with surround sound, dvd, etc.   The room has an extremely comfortable eight seater sofa and is therefore ideal for a true cinema experience.

The TV room doubles up as a fourth bedroom as the sofa can be turned into a double bed. We have also installed a shower room off of the living area for the downstairs occupants. The kitchen has a large American fridge with ice & drinking water on tap. It has an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and all the usual utensils. There is a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

There is wireless internet access throughout the property.

 

There are three bedrooms on the first floor: The amazing master bedroom runs the entire width of the property. It has an en-suite bathroom with a free standing bath overlooking the garden and pool, dual washing facilities and a separate shower room. The bedroom has an electronically controlled king sized bed that can be adjusted on either side to give the perfect position to watch the TV/DVD or just read a book. The two other bedrooms each have two twin beds (that can be pushed into a queen bed if you wish) - each has its own en-suite shower room.
